1. Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.


2. Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • If you’re returning an item due to personal preference or change of mind, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.


3. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your item arrives damaged or not functioning, contact us within 30 days. We’ll arrange return shipping at no charge. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll either ship a replacement or issue a full refund—including your original shipping fees, if applicable.


4. Change of Mind Returns

If you no longer want your item, you may return it within 30 days, provided it is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping will be at your expense. Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll refund the item cost (excluding any shipping fees).


5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note: some banks or credit card providers may take up to 10 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee may apply depending on the item and reason for return. This will be communicated in advance, if applicable.
